Letters from Tenants
Reviewer alleges repair appointments were routinely not kept, the complex became vermin-infested and crime-ridden, and residents who complained about repairs were pushed out. Reviewer alleges the lease makes departing or evicted tenants liable for both sides' attorney fees and that damage from neglected repairs is deducted from deposits.
