Petition started by resident Wendy K. alleges residents became seriously ill from formaldehyde and other indoor toxins above health guidelines, that requests for testing and remediation were ignored, that residents were forced to take legal action, and that Greystar continues to rent untested units. It asks that Greystar be required to test and confirm units are habitable; it had 108 signatures when reviewed.
