Class action accuses Greystar and nine other managers of hiding Facebook housing ads from older renters
Housing Rights Initiative and an older D.C. resident sued 10 property managers, including Greystar, alleging they targeted Facebook apartment ads to exclude users over 50; they had earlier filed age-bias charges with D.C. and Montgomery County human rights offices (Sept. 2019). The district case closed in July 2021 and the Fourth Circuit affirmed dismissal on standing grounds in March 2025.
