Kentucky Settles Antitrust Claims Against Greystar in RealPage Rent-Setting Case

Citing Law360, PYMNTS reports that Kentucky settled its antitrust claims against Greystar Management Services in AG Russell Coleman's RealPage suit, filed July 2025 in the Eastern District of Kentucky (kentucky-ag-v-realpage-greystar-2025). Terms were not disclosed.
