Reviewer alleges that after a long-term tenant died, management disabled the lock and refused her only next of kin access to retrieve clothing and photos, while allowing cleaners in without notice; access came only after the family obtained a court order. Reviewer further alleges the unit's walls were covered in black mold from a water leak in the unit above.
